• Do not attempt to disrupt the gaming experience of others
• Do not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Do not share content that is illegal, obscene, or infringing on others' rights
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within Steampunk Skies, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, designs, and visual elements
• Game mechanics and systems
• Text content and documentation
• Audio elements and musical compositions
• Software code and architecture

Are the exclusive property of Steampunk Skies and its licensors. You acknowledge that you acquire no ownership rights by using our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by ceasing use of our services and deleting your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or material modification of the services
• Unexpected technical or security issues

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Steampunk Skies expressly disclaims all warranties including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

You understand that your use of our services is at your sole risk and discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steampunk Skies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services

• Any other matter relating to the services

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for services giving rise to the claim.
